1. About this policy

Chaya Branfman Wigs ("we") runs the website www.cbwigs.co.il. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse the site, sign up for our mailing list or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

The site doesn't sell products online. Purchases are made in our salon.

2. What we collect

Mailing list signup: your first name, last name, email address, and your consent to receive emails from us.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number or email address, and your message. You may choose to share more, such as health information related to medical wigs. We use it only to help you.
Technical information: whenever you visit the site, our hosting and security providers automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
Accessibility settings: if you use the site's accessibility tool, the settings you choose are saved in your browser.

You aren't legally required to give us any information. Without an email address we can't send you our newsletter, and without contact details we can't get back to you.

3. How we use it

To send our newsletter and updates about collections, offers and events, only if you've agreed to receive them.
To answer your messages, book salon appointments and provide customer service.
To run, secure and improve the site.
To comply with the law.

We never sell personal information.

4. Emails

We manage our mailing list and send emails with Flodesk. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed by writing to office@cbwigs.co.il. Flodesk may record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we know which content our subscribers find useful.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and stay in touch with you, and only as much as they need:

Webflow: website hosting.
Cloudflare: domain, security and site delivery services.
Flodesk: mailing list and email sending.
UserWay: the site's accessibility tool.
WhatsApp (Meta): when you message us on WhatsApp or join our groups.

Some of these providers store and process information outside Israel, mainly in the United States. We choose providers that commit to protecting it.

We'll also disclose information when required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

6. WhatsApp groups

When you join one of our WhatsApp groups, your name and phone number are visible to the other members. WhatsApp handles data under its own privacy policy. You can leave a group at any time.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site doesn't currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting and security providers may use technical cookies the site needs to work and stay secure, and the accessibility tool saves your chosen settings in your browser.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

8. How long we keep it

Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle them, or as required by law.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute protection.

10. Your rights

Under the law, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask to be removed from our mailing list. Send these requests to office@cbwigs.co.il and we'll handle them promptly.
